These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Troveloom website, products, checkout, and related services.

Throughout these Terms, “Troveloom,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Mukarram Zaheer LTD trading through the Troveloom online store.

By visiting our website, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your place of residence to place an order. Products intended for children must be purchased by a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or creating an account.

2. Online Store Terms

You may not use our website, products, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

You must not:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false account, billing, or shipping information
• Attempt unauthorized access to our website or systems
• Introduce malware, harmful code, or automated attacks
• Scrape, copy, or extract website content without authorization
• Use our services to infringe intellectual-property rights
• Submit fraudulent orders, returns, disputes, or payment claims
• Interfere with website security or operation

We may restrict or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

3. Website Platform

Troveloom operates its ecommerce website using WordPress and WooCommerce software together with hosting, security, payment, analytics, fulfillment, and other service providers. We may update or replace technical providers without changing the underlying customer obligations in these Terms.

4. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colors, images, availability, and pricing. Minor differences may occur because of display settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing updates, measurement methods, packaging revisions, or supplier improvements.

Product colors displayed on a screen may not exactly match the physical product. Measurements may be approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information where reasonably necessary.

5. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. Adding a product to a shopping cart does not reserve inventory. In rare situations, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed because of inventory synchronization, warehouse updates, damage, or fulfillment restrictions.

If we cannot fulfill an item, we may contact you for instructions, cancel the affected item or order, and issue an applicable refund.

6. Prices, Taxes, and Charges

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and checkout. Unless otherwise stated, taxes may be calculated separately at checkout where applicable, shipping charges (if any) will be disclosed before purchase, and free shipping applies only under the conditions stated in our Shipping Policy.

We may update prices at any time. Price changes do not normally affect an order already accepted and paid, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

7. Pricing and Website Errors

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, inventory, promotional, technical, or typographical errors. If a material error affects your order, we may contact you, cancel the affected item, or cancel and refund the order.

We will not knowingly require a customer to pay a higher amount than the amount accepted at checkout without obtaining the customer’s agreement.

8. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation confirms that we have received the order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

An order is generally accepted when payment has been authorized, order verification is complete, inventory is confirmed, and the order is approved for fulfillment.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect information, inventory unavailability, unsupported shipping address, pricing or technical error, quantity restrictions, or legal or regulatory concerns. If we cancel a paid order, an applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

9. Quantity Limits and Resale

We may limit product quantities per customer, household, account, payment method, shipping address, or order. Unless expressly agreed in writing, products are offered for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.

10. Payment

Payment must be completed using a payment method offered during checkout. Available methods may include:

• Credit or debit card payments processed through Stripe
• PayPal
• Afterpay, where available and where the customer is eligible
• Other methods that may be displayed at checkout from time to time

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge or otherwise process the total amount displayed during checkout.

Afterpay payment plans are provided by Afterpay and are subject to Afterpay’s eligibility, approval, customer terms, and privacy practices. Troveloom does not control Afterpay approval decisions or installment schedules.

We may perform payment, address, identity, and fraud checks before fulfilling an order. We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, costs, restrictions, handling times, transit times, delivery estimates, tracking procedures, and address requirements are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Our standard shipping coverage is limited to eligible street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Orders normally require 1–2 business days for processing, followed by approximately 4–5 business days in transit. Estimated total delivery time is generally 5–7 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by events outside our reasonable control.

12. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be submitted before shipment. We will attempt to cancel the order with the applicable supplier or fulfillment warehouse, but successful cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing has started.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

13. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, replacements, return shipping, proof requirements, restocking fees, and return conditions are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Current key conditions include:

• Return or refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery
• Approved non-defective or buyer-remorse returns are subject to customer-paid return shipping
• Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 10% repacking and restocking fee
• Approved damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete claims may qualify for a prepaid return label, refund, replacement, or parts
• Returns must receive prior authorization
• Unauthorized returns may be refused

14. Return Abuse and Fraud

We reserve the right to investigate and reject claims involving reasonable evidence of product substitution, false damage claims, intentional product damage, returning a different item, missing components caused after delivery, altered proof or photographs, chargeback abuse, repeated abusive return behavior, or items not purchased from Troveloom.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to assess a claim. Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers may be subject to expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, customer or quantity limits, geographic restrictions, and other stated conditions.

Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined, discount codes have no cash value, discounts cannot be applied after an order is placed, and promotions may be withdrawn or corrected where affected by an error or misuse.

16. Accounts and Passwords

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details, keeping login credentials confidential, activities conducted through your account, and informing us of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend account access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, payments, or website security.

17. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

Where our website allows reviews, photographs, comments, or other submissions, you must not submit content that is false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, infringing, fraudulent, unrelated to the product or service, malicious, or unlawfully discloses another person’s private information.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit the content. To the extent permitted by law, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to display, reproduce, and use submitted content in connection with operating and promoting the store. We are not required to publish every submission and may remove content that violates these Terms.

18. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including Troveloom branding, page designs, written content, graphics, icons, product arrangements, logos, photographs owned or licensed by us, and site functionality are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal shopping purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, license, or commercially exploit protected website content without prior written permission. Third-party product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

19. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including WordPress/WooCommerce-related services, Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay, shipping carriers, tracking services, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and social media platforms. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control. A link or integration does not necessarily mean that we endorse or guarantee the third party.

20. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that information may be processed by payment providers, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, hosting and technical providers, and other service providers reasonably necessary to operate the store and fulfill orders.

21. Product Use and Safety

You are responsible for reading product instructions, following assembly directions, observing age, weight, size, and use limitations, using products only for their intended purpose, providing appropriate adult supervision, inspecting products before use, and discontinuing use if a product appears damaged or unsafe.

Products must not be modified or used in an unsafe or unintended manner.

22. Warranty

Troveloom does not provide a separate written product warranty unless a warranty is expressly stated on the applicable product page. This does not exclude any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will operate without interruption, all errors will be immediately corrected, every product will remain available, delivery estimates will never be affected by external events, or the website will be compatible with every device or browser.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Troveloom and Mukarram Zaheer LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, deliberate misconduct, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

25. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, fraud, or infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not apply where doing so would unlawfully limit consumer rights.

26. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruption, labor disputes, government action, public emergencies, internet or technology failures, payment-network disruption, supplier or warehouse interruption, or transportation restrictions. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact where possible.

27. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The affected provision will be interpreted or modified only to the extent reasonably necessary to make it enforceable.

28. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

29. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a business reorganization, sale, merger, financing, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

30. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment Policy, Cookie Policy, and any product-specific terms form the agreement governing your use of Troveloom.

31. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. However, this choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the laws applicable in the consumer’s place of residence. Any dispute will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction.

32. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, services, applicable law, payment methods, fulfillment processes, or website functionality. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
