Touchstone Sideline 50″ Smart Electric Fireplace

Smart WiFi Connectivity, Realistic Flame Effects & Flush-Mount Installation

The Touchstone Sideline Smart Electric Fireplace is designed for contractors and DIY installers who want the beauty of a modern Touchstone fireplace mounted flush to the wall. Featuring a slim contemporary black frame, realistic LED flames, WiFi connectivity, and a front-facing heating vent, the Sideline is designed to provide a clean, built-in appearance without the smoke, mess, or ventilation requirements of a traditional fireplace.

A 5,000+ BTU supplemental heater provides warmth for rooms up to 400 square feet, with two heat settings and an adjustable thermostat. The flame effect can also operate independently, allowing you to enjoy the ambiance of a fireplace with or without heat.

With three flame colors, five flame-speed settings, five flame-intensity levels, and ten ember-bed color options, the Sideline provides extensive customization. Control the fireplace using the included remote or a compatible smartphone app through WiFi, with support for Amazon Alexa and Google Home voice controls.

Key Features

Smart WiFi-Enabled Fireplace

Connect the Sideline to your home WiFi network for convenient control through a smartphone app. The fireplace is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Home voice controls for hands-free operation.

Flush-Mount Installation

The front heating vent is specifically designed to allow the fireplace to be installed flush within a wall. The unit supports surface mounting, surface/recessed installation, recessed installation, and wall mounting configurations.

Realistic LED Flame Effects

The Sideline is designed around a realistic flame display that recreates the relaxing visual effect of a traditional fire without smoke, odor, or ash.

Customizable Flame Colors & Speeds

Create the desired atmosphere with:

• 3 realistic flame colors
• 5 variable flame-speed settings
• 5 flame-intensity settings
• Adjustable lighting levels
• Bright LED flame effects

Ten Ember Bed Color Options

Choose from 10 ember-bed colors to customize the appearance of the fireplace. At level 5 intensity, the ember bed features a pulsating effect for an enhanced fire display.

Independent Heat & Flame Control

Operate the flame and heater independently:

• Flame with heat
• Flame without heat
• Heat without flame

This allows the fireplace to provide ambiance throughout the year, even when supplemental heating isn’t required.

Two Heat Settings & Adjustable Thermostat

Choose between 750W and 1,500W heat settings. The thermostat can be adjusted from 68°F to 88°F, or the heater can operate continuously.

Supplemental Heating up to 400 Sq. Ft.

The integrated heater provides supplemental warmth for rooms up to 400 square feet. It is intended to complement an existing heating system rather than serve as the primary heat source.

Flexible Electrical Connection

The fireplace can be connected using a standard 120V plug-in configuration or hardwired installation, providing flexibility for both DIY and professional installations.

Decorative Media Included

Customize the firebox with the included:

• Faux log set
• Crystal/fire-glass hearth option

Remote Control

The included remote allows convenient adjustment of the fireplace’s heat and flame effects. Smartphone control is also available through WiFi.

Zero-Clearance & Cool-Touch Design

The Sideline features zero-clearance installation and a cool-touch exterior, helping it integrate cleanly into contemporary wall designs.

Built-In Timer

A built-in timer provides convenient automatic operation and shutoff.
